The Bellum Aeternus Manifesto

The Bellum Aeternus Manifesto

What makes Bellum Aeternus different from all the other Gaming Groups?

In general, there are two kinds of Gaming Groups/Guilds/Clans. First, there are the groups who mass recruit seemingly at random, and second there are the close-knit groups, typically with smaller membership, who work to define and hone their own individual or single group skills.

Both methods have their merits and drawbacks: The first can claim to "do stuff", and generally, can garner a lot of experience/points and put themselves on the leaderboard but they tend to be a chaotic "Zerging" mass. The second has the benefit of a greater level of organization and skill per player but usually they are "Elitist" and beyond many regular players ability and time to play.

Bellum Aeternus is dedicated to taking the games we play to a higher level, through superior organization, allowing us to wield the raw power of a mass-recruiter combined with the precission of an "Uber" group.

This means we rely heavily on large scale organization and tactics, yet at the same time, remain open and available to those who seek our style of game play. Not only are we dedicated to achieving that "next level" of game play, but are also open anyone who willing to get involved.

It is this mindset that we all must share, before we can even begin talking about rules, about regulations, about policy - about anything of great substance.

We do it better than any other Group is the fundamental underpinning that must be accepted by all our members.

All policy, rules, regulations, training, questions, answers - everything must support these outfit fundamentals:

Play well
Be Open
Have fun
